		<description>Well, you can estimate what you previously rode, and track what you do now.  I find logging my mileage helps me to stay focused.  If I see low mileage on some days, I&#039;ll take a longer route one day to try and round it all out.</description>

		<description>Ok, now I see what you were talking about in the comment at my blog. Yes, when I get around to doing the bike commute, it&#039;ll be 12 miles each way, thus 24 miles a day. Right now I&#039;m just doing the recreational riding on the weekend. I hadn&#039;t thought of keeping track of how far I ride, I wish I had. I have no idea how many miles I have on my bike now!</description>
